Payments are refundable, less a $50 cancellation fee, plus cost of materials if applicable, for up to 10 days from date of initial payment or until student attends first class, whichever occurs first. Thereafter, monies may be applied to a future class for up to six (6) months from date of initial payment after which time all funds will be forfeited without further notice.
Students requesting transfers will be assessed a $50 fee.
NO REFUND will be considered for students who have attended any part of a class.
Once issued, books are NOT returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.
Registration indicates understanding and acceptance of this policy.
Classroom Polices:
For Pre-License courses - The end-of-course exam cannot be given to any student who misses more than eight (8) classroom hours. Check with your instructor if you miss more than eight (8) hours of classroom instruction.
For Post-License courses - The end of course exam cannot be given to any student who has missed more than 10% of the required classroom hours. Please check with your instructor if you feel you might miss more than the allowed time.
After passing the "end of course" exam, we will electronically notify the state.
Course completion is based on the date you pass the end of course exam.
40-60% of the state RE Broker's exam is based on sales associate information. the end of course exam cannot be given to any student who misses more than eight (8) classroom hours. Please check with your instructor if you miss more than eight hours for "make-up" requirements.
